These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions (“Affiliate Terms”) govern participation in the StackScan affiliate program. By applying to or participating in the affiliate program, you (“Affiliate”, “you”) agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not participate in the affiliate program.
The StackScan affiliate program allows approved affiliates to promote StackScan services and earn commissions on qualifying referrals. StackScan reserves the right to operate the affiliate program directly or through a third-party affiliate service provider.
StackScan uses a third-party affiliate tracking and management provider. Affiliate data, referral activity, and commission tracking may be stored and processed on the servers of the third-party provider, in accordance with their privacy and data protection policies. Stackscan can change third party providers in the future and when doing so, individual affiliates agree to rejoin again and update their links/payout information if any accordingly.
Referrals are tracked using cookies, sessions, IP addresses, and other industry-standard attribution technologies. StackScan does not guarantee referral tracking in cases where cookies are blocked, cleared, expired, or otherwise unavailable. Tracking decisions made by the affiliate system are final.
Participation in the affiliate program is subject to approval. StackScan reserves the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion, including based on the nature of the affiliate’s website, traffic sources, geographic location, or compliance history.
StackScan also reserves the right to approve, reject, or invalidate specific referrals if they are deemed non-genuine, fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Affiliate Terms.
Affiliates must not engage in any fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or unethical practices. Any affiliate found engaging in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to fake signups, manipulated traffic, fake reviews, or misuse of tracking mechanisms, will be immediately suspended and will forfeit all unpaid commissions.
Affiliates must not engage in false, misleading, or deceptive advertising. All promotional content must accurately represent StackScan services and must not make unverified or exaggerated claims.
No Trademark Bidding: Affiliates may not bid on “StackScan” or any related trademarks, brand names, or close variations in Google Ads, Bing Ads, or similar search engine advertising platforms.
No Competing Ads: Search engine ads, social media ads, or branded term campaigns that directly compete with StackScan’s own marketing efforts are strictly prohibited.
No Spam: Affiliates must not promote StackScan via unsolicited email, SMS, messaging apps, or other spam-based methods.
No Self-Referrals: Affiliates may not refer themselves, create multiple accounts, or manipulate tracking to earn commissions.
No Illegal Content: Affiliate promotions must not be conducted on websites, platforms, or channels involving illegal, harmful, or unlawful content.
Affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose their affiliate relationship with StackScan in accordance with applicable advertising and consumer protection laws.
Affiliates are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use StackScan names, logos, and approved marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting StackScan services under this affiliate program.
All brand usage must comply with StackScan’s branding guidelines, and StackScan reserves the right to revoke brand usage permissions at any time.
Commissions are earned only on eligible plans and products as determined by StackScan. Certain plans, products, or promotional offers may be excluded from the affiliate program.
Affiliates may earn up to thirty percent (30%) commission for each qualifying sale delivered. Affiliates start at a base commission rate of twenty percent (20%). Upon delivering ten (10) new qualifying customer signups, the commission rate increases to twenty-five percent (25%). Upon delivering twenty-five (25) new qualifying customer signups, the commission rate increases to thirty percent (30%), which applies to all future qualifying sales.
StackScan reserves the right to update, modify, or revise commission rates, tier thresholds, eligible products, or commission structures at any time, with or without notice.
Affiliate payouts are issued via PayPal or bank transfer, subject to availability and verification requirements. Affiliates must ensure that all payment details are accurate and complete.
Commissions are payable only after reaching the minimum payout threshold specified in the affiliate dashboard and are subject to a waiting period of thirty (30) days from the date the referral is confirmed.
In certain cases, StackScan may require the affiliate to submit a valid invoice before processing payment.
Affiliates are solely responsible for reporting, paying, and complying with all applicable taxes, duties, or governmental charges imposed by their country or jurisdiction. StackScan does not withhold or remit taxes on behalf of affiliates.
StackScan reserves the right to request identity verification, compliance documentation, or additional information from affiliates in certain cases. Failure to comply with verification requests may result in suspension or termination from the affiliate program.
StackScan may suspend or terminate the affiliate program as a whole, or terminate an individual affiliate’s participation, at any time and for any reason, including for reasons not expressly listed in these Affiliate Terms, with or without notice. By enrolling in or continuing to participate in the affiliate program, the affiliate expressly acknowledges and agrees to this right.
Upon termination of the affiliate program or an individual affiliate relationship, all existing, ongoing, or pending affiliate relationships, referrals, and rights under this agreement shall immediately terminate.
Any unpaid commissions associated with violations of these Affiliate Terms, fraudulent activity, misuse of the affiliate program, or non-compliance with applicable requirements may be forfeited.
This affiliate agreement is non-exclusive. StackScan may engage other affiliates, partners, resellers, or conduct its own marketing activities at any time.
Nothing in this agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between StackScan and the affiliate. Affiliates act as independent contractors.
StackScan may monitor affiliate activities and conduct satisfaction or quality assessments on referred customers. If an affiliate’s activities negatively impact StackScan’s reputation, StackScan reserves the right to terminate the agreement.
StackScan’s total liability arising from the affiliate program shall not exceed the total commission paid to the affiliate during the one (1) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
All rights, title, and interest in StackScan services, software, technology, and materials remain exclusively with StackScan. No rights are granted to affiliates except as expressly stated in these Affiliate Terms.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public, proprietary, or sensitive information shared during the affiliate relationship, including commission structures and program terms.
StackScan reserves the right to modify or update these Affiliate Terms at any time. Continued participation in the affiliate program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
