These Terms and Conditions define the legal framework governing access to and use of StackScan, a platform providing technology intelligence and website stack analysis services. By accessing the platform, creating an account, using application interfaces, or exporting data, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue all use of the service.
StackScan is a product operated and managed by Contezy Media Pvt Ltd. Any reference to “StackScan”, “we”, “our”, or “the Company” refers to Contezy Media Pvt Ltd.
StackScan delivers automated insights into website technologies through algorithmic analysis of publicly accessible data sources. Outputs may include inferred information relating to frameworks, platforms, infrastructure components, analytics tools, and related technologies. The service is designed for organizational research, competitive analysis, and internal decision-making purposes.
You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use StackScan solely for lawful internal business purposes. Except where expressly permitted, you may not copy, distribute, sublicense, sell, lease, monetize, or otherwise commercially exploit platform content or extracted data without prior written authorization.
Resale or redistribution of StackScan data through marketplaces, freelancing platforms, lead databases, or competing services is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal enforcement actions.
To protect platform integrity, StackScan may deploy monitoring, watermarking, or controlled data variation techniques to detect unauthorized redistribution or misuse of data.
Content may be temporarily downloaded or cached for performance and internal reference purposes only. Republishing, indexing in public databases, or storing data in shared retrieval systems is prohibited, except where paying customers store API or report outputs privately for internal use.
Access to StackScan requires registration using a valid email address and verifiable identifying information. Use of disposable emails, parked domains, false identities, or duplicate accounts is not permitted.
You are solely responsible for safeguarding login credentials, API keys, access tokens, and any data accessed through your account. Where an enterprise or team-based account is used, both the account owner or team administrator and individual authorized users are jointly responsible for maintaining data security and preventing unauthorized access or misuse.
All activity conducted under an account, including actions performed by team members or delegated users, is deemed authorized by the account holder.
StackScan enforces a fair use standard. Accounts may be restricted or disabled without prior notice if usage patterns indicate excessive extraction, abnormal request frequency, automated misuse, data harvesting, or activity inconsistent with legitimate business research.
Individual dashboard reports are subject to technical limits, including a maximum result size of one million records. Larger-scale requirements must be fulfilled through designated dataset, bulk export, or enterprise access methods.
You must not interfere with the platform’s availability, security, or performance, nor attempt to bypass access controls, usage limits, or technical safeguards.
Use of StackScan data for unsolicited communications, bulk messaging, spam campaigns, or automated outreach is prohibited.
Any content submitted, uploaded, or shared through the platform must not be unlawful, misleading, defamatory, discriminatory, or infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
Technology identification relies on automated signature analysis, heuristic inference, and observable indicators. Due to code obfuscation, delayed updates, or overlapping signatures, results may contain inaccuracies, outdated classifications, or false positives.
StackScan does not warrant that outputs are complete, current, or error-free, and they should not be treated as definitive representations of a website’s actual technology stack.
All software, algorithms, datasets, fingerprints, platform designs, trademarks, and documentation associated with StackScan remain the exclusive property of Contezy Media Pvt Ltd. No ownership rights are transferred to users under these Terms.
StackScan services are offered exclusively for business and professional use. Plans designated as Pro, Business, or Enterprise operate on a recurring subscription basis and renew automatically unless canceled by the user prior to the next billing cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Responsibility for timely cancellation rests solely with you.
Refunds are not provided for voluntary cancellations or changes of intent, except where required under applicable consumer protection laws.
Contezy Media Pvt Ltd may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate access to StackScan at its discretion where misuse, non-payment, policy violations, or actions threatening platform stability are identified.
Upon termination, all licenses granted under these Terms immediately cease, and continued access or use is prohibited.
Use of StackScan is subject to the Company’s Privacy Policy. While StackScan processes data in accordance with applicable standards, you remain responsible for ensuring lawful downstream use of extracted or derived information.
StackScan is provided on an availability-based basis without guarantees of performance, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use of the service is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Contezy Media Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or economic losses, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities arising from use of the platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction.

This determination is made by the Merchant of Record in accordance with their refund policy and governing consumer protection laws.
Refund Processing: All refund requests are handled exclusively by the payment processor acting as the Merchant of Record, in accordance with their official refund policy. StackScan does not independently determine refund eligibility or process refunds.
